I have been ordering from Freessentials for a while now and I’m really impressed. The organic herbs and oils are top quality, you can tell they’re carefully sourced. I’ve tried the Black Cumin Oil and Shilajit so far, and both have been excellent. What stands out most is the customer service. They’re always helpful, respond quickly, and even go the extra mile to source rarer items when needed. Packaging is neat and delivery has been reliable every time. If you’re looking for genuine organic whole herbs and natural products from a local South African supplier that actually cares about quality and ethics, Freessentials is a solid choice. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience ordering through Bev. She provided very hands-on aftercare up to and including delivery of the products. Her advice with regards to customs procedures was invaluable. We will definitely order again.

Bev is amazing and so caring. Her team took excellent care to make sure our products arrived safely and that we got the right products that we needed. I would highly recommend them in your health journey, especially if you live in Canada.
